Terms and Conditions for OpenSacredLove

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using OpenSacredLove (the "Website"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Website.

a. You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Website.

You agree to indemnify and hold OpenSacredLove harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Website, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

OpenSacredLove may terminate your access to the Website at any time for any reason, with or without notice.  You may also terminate your account at any time.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.   

 

11. Changes to Terms

OpenSacredLove may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will post any changes on the Website and, if the changes are significant, we may also notify you by email. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the changes.   
 

12. Event Participation

Participation in any OpenSacredLove event is subject to the separate Participation Agreement, which will be sent to you via email upon registration. You must sign and return the Participation Agreement before attending the event. By participating in an event, you agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement, including the Code of Conduct, which emphasizes consent, respect, and clear communication. OpenSacredLove reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual from an event who violates the Participation Agreement or whose behavior compromises the safety or well-being of others. To the extent permitted by law, OpenSacredLove is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during events. All participants are responsible for their own choices and actions.
 

13. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to access and use this Website and to participate in any OpenSacredLove events. By accessing the Website or participating in events, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
 

14. Understanding the Nature of Events

a. Participants acknowledge that OpenSacredLove events are designed to be sex-positive experiences, where sacred sexuality is celebrated within a unique conceptual framework.  

b. While sexual exploration is welcomed and embraced, it is not mandatory. Participants are free to engage in any form of intimacy that feels comfortable and safe for them, including deep connection, sensual exploration, or passionate encounters.  

c. Participants understand that OpenSacredLove fosters a safe and supportive space for all forms of intimacy, and they agree to respect the choices and boundaries of others.  

d. Participants are encouraged to communicate their own boundaries clearly and to prioritize their comfort and safety throughout the event.
