This workshop offers a beautiful opportunity to rediscover and deepen your emotional and spiritual connection through embodied practices. You and your partner for the day will be guided through gentle exercises involving movement, breathwork, and soft touch, all designed to cultivate intimacy and presence.

The Red Workshop is an immersive journey into embodiment, intimacy, ritual, and remembrance. Rooted in the wisdom of the body and the sacred intelligence of eros, this experience invites participants into a living temple of connection — where breath, movement, voice, touch, and presence become pathways to transformation.
Through guided practices, somatic exploration, relational exercises, and ceremonial space, we awaken the life force that lives beneath conditioning and return to a deeper sense of truth, vitality, and aliveness. This is not a performance or a retreat from reality, but a reclamation of the body as sacred ground.
The workshop unfolds as a carefully held ritual arc, designed to cultivate safety, authenticity, emotional openness, and energetic awareness. Participants are invited to soften defenses, listen deeply, and explore the subtle dance between vulnerability and power, surrender and sovereignty, devotion and desire.
